How does the first consultation work?
Contact us by phone or via the form. We arrange a site visit, listen to your idea and propose a solution. The consultation and visit are free and non-binding.
Is the quote binding?
Yes. After a site visit and scope clarification we prepare a transparent, itemised quote. The price does not change unless you change the scope — and even then only after your approval.
Can you keep the deadline?
We plan realistically and take the schedule seriously. Deadlines are in the contract and we keep you updated throughout.
Do you take smaller jobs?
Yes. Besides turnkey builds we also do partial jobs — bathrooms, tiling, drywall, painting and smaller renovations. Get in touch and we will advise.
What warranty do you provide?
We provide the statutory warranty on our work and return to the site if needed. We value long-term relationships, so we remain reachable after handover.
Do you supply materials too?
Yes, we can supply all materials at good prices thanks to trusted suppliers. If you have your own preferences, we are happy to work with them.
