We always put proper waterproofing under bathroom tiles, even though nobody sees it once it is finished. We would rather spend an extra hour on a correct joint than have you dealing with mould or leaks a year later.
A deadline that holds
We plan the schedule with a buffer for weather and deliveries, so we only promise what we can keep. If something changes, you hear it from us in advance — not on the day you expected the keys.
A price with no small print
In the quote we itemise everything so you know what you are paying for. The price does not change unless you change the scope of work — and even then we agree it first, never after the fact on an invoice.
We are here after handover
