Slab, prefab structure and hardstandings delivered on time.

We built a storage hall including the slab, hardstandings and connections. Phases were planned so the client could start using part of the space before full completion.

Before the first dig we sat down with the client, went through the design in detail and broke the budget into clear items. Site prep and honest groundwork followed — the part nobody sees later but which decides the quality of the whole build. Every week the client received a photo report and knew exactly what was done and what came next.

One responsible site manager led the work, so the client never had to coordinate individual trades or chase material deliveries. We paid attention to the details — joints, seams, penetrations and flashing — because that is exactly where honest work stands apart. We cleaned up continuously and removed debris so the site stayed in order.

We handed over the work clean, checked and on the agreed date, together with documentation and warranty. And as with every job of ours — if anything needs sorting later, we remain reachable after handover.
